Registration is required for all programs (except Pajama Party and Saturday Family Storytime). In-person registration for Parsippany residents begins Monday, March 17, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. Phone and nonresident registration begins Tuesday, March 18, 2008, for any remaining spots. Children may register for one series per child and in only one Parsippany library location. Children must be the age required as of March 24, 2008; first time registrants should bring a birth certificate. There are no programs when Parsippany schools are closed. When Parsippany schools have delayed opening, the morning prorams are cancelled and may be rescheduled.
